The official booking form should be used and must be accompanied by a deposit of not less than 25% of the full cost.
The cottage is offered subject to availability. Cheques made payable to Mrs. J. Brushett. Telephone reservations will be held for five days, during which time a signed booking form and full deposit will be required to confirm the booking. After this time the booking will be assumed to be cancelled. The balance of the cost to be paid at least 28 days prior to the start of your holiday. Non-payment will be assumed to ba a cancellation. The cottage is normally ready by 3pm, when a personal welcome awaits you, you will be required to vacate your cottage by 10:00am on the day of departure. However, should we be able to re-let the cottage this payment less deposit will be refunded. We recommend that you consider cancellation Insurance and will be pleased provide full details. Please indicate on the booking form. If the proprietors are unable to provide the accommodation booked in good faith, the proprietors responsibility and liability is limited to the return of monies received. The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation to or expel any hirer or visitor for conduct which in their opinion is detrimental to the estate or comfort of any other persons. The proprietors or any persons in their employ will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury however caused to the hirer or any member of his party. The number of persons sleeping in the cottage must not exceed two. | ||
